Prescription Review and Fulfillment

All prescription medications are issued only after review and approval by a licensed healthcare provider. If a provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate, no prescription will be issued.

Approved prescriptions are fulfilled and shipped by licensed U.S. pharmacies in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.

Shipping Policy

Once a prescription has been approved and fulfillment has begun, medications are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors including:

Inova is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While Inova cannot guarantee replacement in all cases, we will work with the dispensing pharmacy and shipping carrier to investigate and assist where possible.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of account access.
