Rush Pharmacy independently dispenses medication when it receives a valid prescription.
Eligibility and account information
You must be at least 18 years old, physically located in an eligible state when receiving care, and legally able to agree to these Terms. You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information and not to obtain medication for another person.
No guaranteed prescription
Payment or completion of an intake does not guarantee a diagnosis, prescription, or particular treatment. A provider may determine that telehealth is inappropriate or recommend in-person care. Never delay urgent or emergency care while waiting for this service.
Fees, fulfillment, and cancellations
You authorize charges shown before checkout. Consultation fees compensate the provider review and may become non-refundable once review begins. Medication charges, shipping, cancellations, and returns are governed by the Shipping & Refund Policy and applicable pharmacy law.
Acceptable use
You may not submit false information, misuse another person’s identity, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the service, interfere with operation, or use the website for unlawful resale or diversion of medication.
